As a human factors researcher, I am broadly interested in teaching and service activities that contribute to making our world a better place to live. More specifically, my current focus is on reducing barriers to studying engineering.

Planning Committee, GAMP (Graduate Application Mentoring Program)

The GAMP is a student-run initiative designed to support prospective students from non-traditional paths or underrepresented backgrounds. Together with fellow students, we aim to provide tangible assistance to those in need. Additionally, I serve as a mentor, offering guidance to students who share similar backgrounds and motivations with me.

The HFES Student Chapter aims to promote and advance the understanding of human factors within the community and foster the interchange of knowledge. I served as Treasurer (2022-2023) and Secretary (2023-2024), collaborating with fellow student members to support the needs of the human factors profession at the University of Michigan.

WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) ENCHANT Camp

The ENCHANT (Ergonomics and Human-Automation Interaction) camp focused on introducing the human factors field and recent research activities to K-12 students, encouraging them to consider engineering as a major. Together with my labmates, we hosted a "Trust in Automation" session and showcased our research projects.
